Update : I am removing a star because I am sick of the constant nagware request for a review. Original review : I am a cheapskate, I rarely buy apps. This app has been worth every cent I paid. I use this app 6-7 times a week at work and at the gym. Every week or two I discover something new about the app. I never knew about the Timer Repository, but love using it once I discovered it. Have used the Tough Mudder and the 5K interval training timers innumerable times. Cant think of any improvements or changes that I would make.
Love it. Even this technology challenged PE teacher could use it right away in class!

If you like Tabat/HIT type of training you will love this app. Im an amateur weightlifter but have been so for 30 years. This time has many functions and Ive tried a lot of timers in the App Store. This is by far and above the best!!!
Unfortunately this is only for the most basic of HIIT cardio timers, for example you can only set a high intensity of 60 seconds then a low intensity of 30 seconds. You cant go more advanced and have like 60 high and 30 low and go to 90 seconds high and 45 low.
I use this for my BBG workouts and its perfect!
Love using this app for my physical education class. Super easy to use and customize.
I like this app, especially how you can customize your own exercises, intensities, rests, and sets. I like how you can use the voice to tell you when youre half way through an exercise, count down, and tells you which exercise is up so I can focus on the exercises without looking down at my phone. Like your personal trainer whispering in your ear. I wish there were more templates of routines so you didnt have to start from scratch but modify to save time. Or some sort of copy/paste option.

Ive been using this app for 2+ years. Great for full gyms, hotel gyms, or room workouts. You can design any type of time based workout and customize everything to your needs...down to the music. I dont go anywhere without it.
Asks me for a rating basically everyday. Its a 5 star app besides this.
