The best software for iphone to count time on your workouts. The only down side is that the sounds in iphone are to low for a place with some noise around. But that is not a problem with the app. For those cases i still use the gymboss device.
The sound scheme is TOO LOW! I do tabata sets, and I Can not hear anything during the exercise. Please fix it...

Not as flexible as it appears. The apps *constant* prompting to rate it and like it and tweet it is insanely annoying. I cannot begin to imagine why the devs spent do long on the app only to ruin the experience themselves with incessant yammering for worthless Internet points.
The app ist good, but the music playing isnt working properly anymore since iOS 7.
I am not only a basketball coach... I conduct camps, clinics and give individual and group instruction... In an effort to do this as good as I can, there are not many programs on the maket that I have not tried. Seconds is the best I have found... It has so many options and is functional in so many situations... I can write practices for teams or individuals... Weight-Lifting, Ballhandling, Shooting, Conditioning... It doesnt matter... and the players are guided through the activities... even when I am doing something else... and it is great for the players who ask...."Coach, Im going here or there ...can you give me a work-out to do?" ... In short... The program is super... and the Update is an improvement in many areas... The few glitches that exist...I am sure that the developers will find and fix them...... Great Program guys...
