Great for Setting Routine
Without this app, it would be harder to get up in the morning. Most of the time I like to keep my workout open (runner), but on days when I cant run and need strength training, having the exercises laid out so I can just do them and not think about it keeps me on track. Great free options, but when you are ready for more, do not hesitate to buy. Very worth it.
