Im training for a half marathon using a run/walk system to increase mileage weekly. It was easy to set up my own training program and the voice to text prompts are really effective. Ive tried a few programs like this but this one has lots of features and is easy to use. Drag and drop/cut and paste saves lots of time when creating my routine.
